Founder and Lead Contemplative
Caverly Morgan is a spiritual teacher, non-profit founder, speaker and writer who blends the original spirit of Zen with a modern nondual and relational approach. Her practice began in 1995 and has included eight years of training in a silent Zen monastery. She has been teaching contemplative practice since 2001.
Caverly is the author of The Heart of Who We Are: Realizing Freedom Together as well as A Kids Book About Mindfulness.
She is also the founder and Lead Contemplative of Peace in Schools, a nonprofit that created the nation’s first for-credit mindfulness class in public high schools.
She speaks publicly at conferences on topics including contemplative practice, personal and collective transformation, relational dharma, social entrepreneurship, authentic leadership, and mindfulness education, and has been featured in publications such as Mindful magazine (as a cover subject) and The New York Times.
Caverly leads meditation retreats, workshops, and online classes internationally— bringing insight, passion, warmth and humor to her transformative work with students of all ages and experience levels.
She has been a teacher and presenter at the Science and Nonduality Conference, Harvard, 1440 Multiversity, Sangha Live, San Francisco Zen Center, Esalen, the Mind and Life International Symposium for Contemplative Research, Insights at the Edge, Buddha at the Gas Pump, Open Circle, the New York Zen Center of Contemplative Care, and many more.

She lives on Whidbey Island, in Washington, with her husband Vineet and their dog Dōgen.
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Ashley combines strategy and heart to bring the mission of our organization to life– through what we offer and how we do business. She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington, with further graduate training in interdisciplinary collaboration and human services leadership.
Prior to working with Caverly, she served as Executive Director of one of the largest independent yoga studios in the U.S. In addition to guiding our business, Ashley offers contemplative-based leadership and lifework coaching, supporting people and organizations to realize their full creative potential.
A champion of compassionate self-awareness, she also teaches mindfulness and nature meditation, as well as Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation.) Digital Media Manager
Rahim’s role as Digital Media Manager is to amplify Caverly’s vision for collective awakening. An experienced copywriter, he combines his diverse skills to create messages that resonate deeply.
Rahim believes in the power of personal responsibility and self-leadership, fostering transformation and growth on both individual and collective levels. He is passionate about alchemizing painful experiences into creativity, new life, and wisdom.
Rahim's journey began at the age of 8 with martial arts, instilling discipline and focus early on.
At 18, he deepened his practice by embracing mindfulness meditation and joining the Sufi order, which enriched his understanding of inner peace and spiritual growth.
Rahim is also a shamanic practitioner in training and a spiritual coach who leads programs teaching embodiment, inner child healing, and manifestation.

Administrative and Engagement Coordinator
As our Administrative and Engagement Coordinator, Jenna ensures that our daily operations are infused with efficiency and grace.
Committed to presence, enthusiasm, and service, she seamlessly blends community building with business growth.
Jenna also teaches Vedic Meditation and gives talks on Vedanta for the Householder, breaking down complex concepts into approachable insights.
She enjoys showing people how to simplify life by realizing their innate potential, offering tools to realize who they truly are by letting go of all they are not.
Whatever the endeavor, Jenna’s goal is to leave everyone she encounters feeling more present and expansive.
